Job Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to merchants and customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Collaborating with the Trader Administrations Manager to drive team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements.
  • Coaching and mentoring colleagues to improve their skills and knowledge, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and team efficiency.
  • Analyzing customer feedback and complaints, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with merchants, providing support and guidance to ensure a positive experience.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and arenaflex's business objectives, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.
  • Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, staying adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, communications, customer service).

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment.
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service, with a focus on resolving issues and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets or similar tools, with experience in data analysis and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment.

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, or a strong understanding of the food delivery industry.
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative).
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
