What's the Job All About?

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll:

• Support customers over the phone, identify their issues, and help resolve them
• Assist with questions related to customers' phones, tablets, and computers
• Register customer inquiries to keep our systems up-to-date
• Work towards established goals that will help you develop professionally

Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Fluency in Danish (spoken and written)
• Residency in Denmark (note: you must work from your registered address in Denmark, not abroad)
• High-level English proficiency
• Interest in technology and a willingness to tackle technical challenges
• Knowledge of what good customer service looks like and a motivation to deliver it
• A quiet workspace with a stable internet connection
