What Does the Job Entail?

As an arenaflex Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer support over the phone, identifying customer issues, and helping to resolve them
• Assisting customers with questions related to their phones, tablets, and computers
• Registering customer inquiries to keep our systems up-to-date
• Working towards established goals to help you develop professionally

Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Fluency in Danish (spoken and written)
• Residency in Denmark (note: you must work from your registered address in Denmark)
• High-level English proficiency
• Interest in technology and a willingness to take on technical challenges
• Understanding of what excellent customer service entails and a motivation to deliver it
• A quiet workspace with a stable internet connection
