Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk with customer service responsibilities at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Accurately entering customer data and order information into our systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Processing customer requests and account updates in a timely and efficient manner
  • Handling inbound customer service calls and emails, providing exceptional support and resolving issues promptly
  • Updating customer records and databases to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Resolving billing inquiries and account issues, providing clear and concise explanations to customers
  • Generating reports and data summaries to support business decisions and improve customer experiences
  • Maintaining customer confidentiality and data security, adhering to arenaflex's strict policies and procedures

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in data entry or customer service, with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer experiences
  • A typing speed of 40+ WPM with accuracy, with the ability to maintain high levels of productivity and efficiency
  • Strong communication and phone skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Multi-tasking abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • A quiet home office with reliable internet, with a dedicated workspace and minimal distractions
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Technical Requirements

To perform this role, you will need:

  • A Windows 10 or Mac OS computer, with a reliable and high-speed internet connection (25+ Mbps)
  • A USB headset for customer calls, with clear and crisp audio quality
  • A dedicated workspace, with minimal distractions and interruptions

Compensation & Benefits

Schedule

  • Day and evening shifts, with some weekend availability preferred
