- Record and process journal entries accurately using accounting software (QuickBooks)
- Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations to ensure data integrity across all ledgers
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable to maintain healthy cash flow
- Conduct general ledger accounting and balance sheet reconciliation to support financial reporting
- Review debits & credits, double entry bookkeeping, and general ledger reconciliation for accuracy
- Proven experience with QuickBooks
- Skilled in bank reconciliation, account analysis, journal entries, and account reconciliation processes
- Excellent attention to detail with proficiency in 10 key typing for data entry accuracy
- Ability to perform general ledger reconciliation and financial report writing efficiently
- Familiarity with payroll processing, accounts payable/receivable management, and budgeting practices
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively in a remote environment
