The Role

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the support they need to succeed. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to technical and non-technical service inquiries from clients, utilizing your in-depth knowledge of arenaflex's software solutions
  • Identifying root causes of client issues and resolving them efficiently, exceeding client expectations on response quality and timeliness
  • Collaborating with the development team to provide critical system issue updates and feedback
  • Creating and reviewing knowledge base content to promote support scalability and improve self-service capabilities
  • Providing technical mentoring to clients and educating the team on prominent product information, releases, bugs, and status updates
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, pushing creative thinking to drive process improvements

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • 6 months of experience working with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
  • 1 year of experience working in a B2B SaaS environment (preferred)
  • Help desk or contact center experience (required)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for customer success and experience, with a focus on putting the client first
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and prioritize caseload effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Adherence to all company confidentiality and compliance regulations, including HIPAA

Schedule and Work Environment

* Monday to Friday, 8-hour shift
