Responsibilities

  • Assist clients virtually with enrolling in and understanding their benefits packages
  • Deliver exceptional, personalized support to policyholders
  • Conduct virtual consultations and presentations
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and communicate them with professionalism and clarity
  • Maintain accurate client records and manage follow-ups effectively

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Strong organizational skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Willingness to obtain a state insurance license (we provide support and cover licensing fees)
