Capital Strategy Advisor for AI Consumer Startup (Fundraising & Structure)

We are looking for an experienced capital advisor to help us determine the optimal fundraising strategy for a fast-growing AI consumer startup. (startup URL in attached file) Our company operates in the personalized media / entertainment space, with a fully functional product, early traction, and a clear path to scale. We are not looking for generic advice — we are seeking someone who has real experience advising or participating in venture rounds. Scope: Advise on how much capital to raise (based on current traction and goals) Recommend the appropriate structure (equity vs SAFE vs alternative approaches) Help define stage positioning (pre-seed vs seed vs hybrid) Provide insight into investor expectations and benchmarks Outline a clear fundraising strategy and roadmap Optional: support with investor targeting and narrative refinement We are specifically looking for someone who: Has advised startups on fundraising or is a former VC / operator Has experience with consumer, AI, or subscription-based businesses Thinks strategically (not just financially) Can challenge assumptions and provide honest guidance Nice to have: Experience with companies in the $0–$1M ARR stage Familiarity with direct-to-consumer or media platforms Experience structuring early-stage rounds Engagement: Initial advisory engagement (a few sessions) Potential for ongoing advisory role depending on fit When applying, please include: Relevant companies you’ve advised or invested in A brief view on how you would approach determining raise size and strategy Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
