- Aggressively pursue and engage daily with leads provided by PCG Digital Media
- Deploy a consultative sales approach to convert prospects into loyal clients
- Build and sustain a portfolio of clients, earning commissions on both initial and recurring sales
- Maintain regular communication with sales management
- Keep our CRM system up-to-date to ensure all opportunities are tracked and maximized

Compensation
Structure:
- 20% commission on initial and recurring sales when closed independently
- 10% commission on initial and recurring sales when closed in collaboration with leadership
