Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic programs from initiation to closure. Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies. Manage program budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints. Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and dependencies. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Monitor program progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on status to senior management. Manage vendor relationships and ensure the successful delivery of third-party contributions. Drive continuous improvement in program management processes and methodologies. Resolve issues and conflicts that arise during program execution. Ensure all program activities comply with company policies and industry best practices. This role requires outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. The ability to thrive in a fully remote work environment, manage stakeholders effectively, and drive complex projects to completion is essential.
