The School Services Coordinator (BCBA/BCaBA) will be responsible for the development, coordination, and oversight of all school-based services provided by SBBC. This includes services delivered through Therapeutic Day School programming, school-funded ABA services, school-funded behavior support services, and insurance-funded school-based services, whether delivered on school grounds or within SBBC clinic settings.

This role will ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based programming that supports both academic and social development, with a strong emphasis on increasing school-readiness and functional life skills. The School Services Coordinator will be responsible for selecting and overseeing the implementation of research-based instructional strategies and integrating Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologies to promote skill acquisition and reduce interfering behaviors across all school service models.

In addition, this position will serve as the central coordinator for school partnerships, ensuring alignment between SBBC services and school expectations, compliance with funding requirements, and effective collaboration with school teams, caregivers, and internal staff. The School Services Coordinator will provide clinical oversight (as a BCBA/BCaBA), support staff training and supervision, and ensure consistency and quality across all school-based service delivery.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Licensure: Valid Licensed School or Special Education Administrator.
  • Behavioral Certification: Current certification as a BCaBA, BCBA, or BCBA-D in good standing.
  • Education: Master’s degree or higher in School Administration, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field.
  • Clearances: Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

EXPERIENCE

  • A minimum of 3–5 years of experience working with school-age students with aversive behaviors in a classroom or clinical setting.
  • Proven experience in school leadership, administration, or program management.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of state and federal education regulations (e.g., Indiana Article 7) regarding IEPs and special education services.
  • Sensitivity to cultural diversity and the ability to navigate complex dynamics between families, school districts, and clinical teams.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Salary Range: $50 per hour based on 1099 Contractor Status
