Assistant, Ad Ops

Mindgruve is a global digital agency focused on accelerating business growth through marketing and digital transformation. The Assistant, Ad Ops will support the media department in managing and executing digital campaigns for a national brand, ensuring quality checks, monitoring performance, and maintaining organized documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Traffic digital campaigns in Campaign Manager 360
  • Set up and manage campaigns, placements, ads, creatives, trackers and click URLs
  • Make sure creative assets and tracking links are formatted and implemented correctly
  • Run QA checks before and after campaigns go live to catch any issues early
  • Double-check URLs, tracking, creative rotations, and delivery settings
  • Help troubleshoot basic delivery or tracking problems (and escalate when needed)
  • Keep an eye on live campaigns/reporting to make sure correct assets are running
  • Update creative, click urls as needed
  • Flag anything that looks off to the planning and/or buying teams
  • Pull ad-hoc campaign reports from CM360
  • Help track key metrics like impressions, clicks, CTR, and conversions
  • Keep campaign details and documentation organized and up to date
  • Build your skills in Campaign Manager 360 and digital ad operations
  • Learn best practices around ad serving, tracking, and measurement
  • Pick up new tools, processes, and tips from the team as needed

Skills

  • 1+ years media department agency or client-side experience
  • Detail orientation
  • The ability to work well with team members and independently
  • A positive attitude and team player
  • The ability to meet tight deadlines for multiple projects
  • A self-starter mentality with meticulous attention to detail
  • Bonus points if you're bilingual in Spanish and/or Portuguese
