- Assist borrowers and agents by providing detailed information on obtaining property insurance
- De-escalate calls and process complaints effectively
- Update records and note systems as required
- Handle disbursement of property insurance premiums
Skills
- High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
- 0-2 years of experience in a customer service role (preferred)
- Ability to meet and maintain availability standards and attendance guidelines
- Strong communication skills for delivering accurate customer service
- Capability to handle high-volume calls effectively
- Experience in a call center environment
- Familiarity with property insurance products
- Bilingual communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
