Responsibilities

  • Input and update data in a timely and accurate manner into databases or spreadsheets
  • Verify and correct data discrepancies, ensuring data integrity
  • Perform routine data cleaning and validation to maintain accurate records
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital files for easy retrieval
  • Assist in generating reports and summarizing data for analysis
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistency in data entry processes
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and adhere to data security policies
  • Respond to data-related inquiries and provide support as needed
  • Meet established deadlines and quotas for data entry tasks
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in data entry or related administrative roles
  • Proficient in using data entry software and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data input
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Familiarity with basic office equipment and technology
