[Remote] Compensation Analyst

Lithia & Driveway is one of the largest automotive retailers in the nation, and they are seeking a Compensation Analyst who is passionate about driving performance through strategic pay solutions. In this role, you will support compensation programs across their nationwide network of dealerships, partnering with leadership to design and evaluate compensation plans that attract and retain talent while aligning with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with store management and executive leadership to design compensation plans that:Support company and dealership goalsMotivate employees to exceed performance expectationsAttract, retain, and reward high-performing talentEnsure compliance with federal and state lawsConduct thorough analysis of:Pay plan effectiveness using historical and recent performance dataStaffing levels and productivity to manage payroll expensesAnnual Operating Plans (AOP) and performance metrics to identify compensation opportunitiesPresent data-driven recommendations clearly to leaders at all levelsContribute to compensation department projects, reporting, and analytics

Skills

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and a customer service mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • 18 years or older
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Prior experience in compensation or HR analytics
