Responsibilities

As a Digital Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing assistance via digital chat platforms in a timely and accurate manner
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions to customers in a timely manner
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary
  • Documenting and tracking customer interactions in our CRM system
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Staying informed on product updates and changes to provide accurate information to customers
  • Meeting and exceeding key performance indicators and customer satisfaction goals

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

As a Digital Chat Support Specialist, you'll be measured on the following KPIs:

  • First Response Time (FRT): Respond to customer inquiries within a set time frame
  • Resolution Rate: Resolve customer issues in a timely and accurate manner
  • Customer Satisfaction (CSAT): Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals
  • Net Promoter Score (NPS): Foster a positive and loyal customer base

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 1+ years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in a digital chat environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital chat platforms
  • Experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience with arenaflex's CRM system and digital chat platforms
  • Knowledge of print marketing solutions and industry trends
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
