Expected Outcomes and Requirements: Gateway is hiring a Field Technician (FWA) to assist in building and maintaining our network expansion efforts in support of Gateway’s growth trajectory of adding 100,000 residential & business passings per year. The Field Tech (FWA) is expected to contribute in the following significant ways:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Dispatch from your home daily and work in your geographical area.
- Perform installation and service of wireless internet at customer locations.
- Maintain inventory of necessary materials and tools for company vehicles.
- Recognize, practice, and ensure safety rules and procedures.
- Keep company vehicle clean and maintained.
- Hand out marketing material, and willingly promote KwiKom
- Excellent verbal communications and customer service skills
- Possess basic computer skills and be willing to learn new technologies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-change environment while managing multiple interruptions and adjustments to priorities throughout the day.
- Must demonstrate accountability in order to set priorities, organize workload, handle multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
- Must be professional in dress, speech, and manner.
