First Party Field Claim Supervisor (West Palm Beach)
Position Summary:
Seeking an experienced and results driven First Party Property Claims Supervisor to lead a team of property adjusters handling homeowners, dwelling fire, condo and other residential property claims. This role is responsible for driving claim quality, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and exceptional customer service throughout the claim lifecycle. The ideal candidate brings strong technical property expertise, leadership experience, and a passion for developing high-performing teams.
Essential Functions:
- Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of outside property field adjusters.
- Ensure timely, accurate coverage analysis and claim handing in compliance with company guidelines and state regulations.
- Monitor and manage claim metrics including cycle time, severity and customer satisfaction.
- Assist with complex, large-loss, or escalated claims.
- Collaborate with underwriting, legal, SIU, and vendor partners.
- Support catastrophe response efforts when needed.
