Job Summary
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex Airlines, engaging with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries and issues related to flight reservations, cancellations, and general travel information. You will possess strong communication skills, a calm demeanor, and the ability to think on your feet. arenaflex Airlines provides extensive paid training to ensure you have all the tools necessary to excel in this role.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist customers with booking, changing, or canceling flight reservations
- Provide information about flight schedules, fares, and travel policies
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Document customer interactions and transactions accurately
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Promote arenaflex Airlines' services and products to enhance customer experience
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to provide seamless service
Requirements
* High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in computer navigation and basic software applications
