Job title: Instructional Support Associate, Mathematics PT Company: Florida SouthWestern State College Job description: Florida SouthWestern State College is accepting resumes in search of a Part-Time Instructional Support Associate, Mathematics to join our team. This is a specialized professional and technical work position in support of tutoring and other academic support options that are provided in direct service to students through Academic Support Programs (ASP). Under limited supervision, this position is engaged in maintaining the daily operations for a discipline-specific center?s workflow, such as for oral communications, math/science, or writing. • Bachelor?s degree from a regionally accredited institution of higher education in mathematics, or a related field along with tutorial/teaching experience in the appropriate subject area in an educational setting.
• OR An Associate?s degree from a regionally accredited institution of higher education with two (2) years of related professional work experience. OR An AA with an earned College Reading Learning Association or Association of Coaching and Tutoring Profession associate tutor certification.
• Ability to independently travel to various campuses and other locations for College business.
