[Remote] Weekend Dispatcher

They are seeking a Weekend Dispatcher to coordinate technicians, manage schedules, and ensure smooth daily operations while delivering a 5-star customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Dispatch and coordinate technicians based on call priority, location, and skill set
- Build, manage, and adjust technician schedules in real time
- Debrief technicians and monitor workflow throughout the day
- Communicate clearly and proactively with customers regarding appointment updates and schedule changes
- Track technician performance and support operational goals
- Assist with inspections, including scheduling, coordination, and follow-up
- Support special projects related to operations, scheduling improvements, and workflow efficiency
- Partner with leadership to keep the dispatch function operating at a high level
- Help manage weekend demand and ensure technicians are set up for success
Skills
- ServiceTitan experience is required
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume dispatch environment
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
- Able to multitask and shift priorities quickly
- Delivers a consistent 5-star customer experience
- Empathetic, upbeat, and professional with customers and technicians
- Confident under pressure and able to hold firm when needed
- Driven, dependable, and takes ownership of outcomes
- Able to work the Friday-Tuesday schedule from 9:00 AM-6:00 PM
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year of dispatch experience, preferably in a technician-based environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Home services industry experience is strongly preferred
