[Remote] Inside Sales Home Health Representative

The Inside Sales Home Health Representative will handle inbound calls from marketing campaigns, assist customers in finding suitable systems, and ensure customer satisfaction through follow-ups and resolution of inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound telephone calls as a result of various marketing campaigns targeted to ADT's Personal Emergency Response Service and successfully position interested customers for a system that fits their needs
• Provide resolution and close sales for both new and existing customers by taking qualified prospects through critical selling path of gathering information, determining needs and setting up an order
• Ensure customer satisfaction by determining needs and transferring calls to the appropriate party for resolution, performing follow-up including quotes, information requests, etc
• Make outgoing follow-up telephone calls to undecided leads and outbound calls to leads that are received via the Internet through various campaigns

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year inside sales or equivalent sales experience preferred
• Good communication skills
• Strong verbal skills
• Excellent listening skills
• Positive interpersonal skills
• 20 wpm accurate typing
• ADT specific product knowledge
