The role focuses on assisting clients with enrolling in tailored Medicare plans and providing support through inbound calls and leads.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting Medicare beneficiaries with enrolling in plans tailored to their individual situations
  • Providing compassionate and knowledgeable support

Skills

  • A valid health insurance license (5 State Minimum)
  • Ability to contract with major Medicare carriers
  • Current year AHIP Certification
  • Can provide proof of release or intent to release
  • A genuine commitment to helping clients navigate their healthcare choices with confidence
