Position Overview

As a Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging with customers via live chat to provide support and assistance, resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Experience with live chat software or customer support tools is a plus
