Job Summary

As a Customer Service/Data Entry Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing administrative and staff support services for our claims coordination team. This position requires a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas, including customer service, data entry, and communication. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner

  • Enter claims information into our claims management systems with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Follow up on missing information to process claims efficiently and effectively
  • Review invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Compile reports from systems with claims information to support business decisions
  • Collaborate with the claims coordination team to resolve complex issues and improve processes

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 6 months to 1 year of work experience in customer service, data entry, or a related field
  • Basic computer and typing skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with claims management systems and data entry software

  • Knowledge of insurance industry practices and regulations
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
