Job Summary
As a Customer Service/Data Entry Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing administrative and staff support services for our claims coordination team. This position requires a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas, including customer service, data entry, and communication. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
- Enter claims information into our claims management systems with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Follow up on missing information to process claims efficiently and effectively
- Review invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Compile reports from systems with claims information to support business decisions
- Collaborate with the claims coordination team to resolve complex issues and improve processes
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 6 months to 1 year of work experience in customer service, data entry, or a related field
- Basic computer and typing skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
