Job Title: Project Coordinator (Full-Time)

Work Location: Remote ***** Must reside within commutable distance to New York City to attend meetings as necessary.****

Pay Range: $55-58K

Work Schedule: Anticipated schedule will be 11AM-7PM or 12PM-8PM. Must have flexibility to different hours based on business needs.

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, fast-thinking Project Coordinator to manage high-volume data entry, scheduling, and real-time coordination between clients and interpreters. This role acts as a central command point�prioritizing requests, dispatching interpreters, and ensuring rapid response times in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

This is a high-volume, fast-paced dispatch role. While remote, it requires full attention during scheduled hours, immediate responsiveness, and the ability to manage continuous incoming requests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform high-volume data entry with speed and accuracy
  • Dispatch and schedule interpreters based on urgency, availability, and client needs
  • Act as a real-time �traffic controller� to manage shifting priorities and last-minute changes
  • Provide immediate, quick-turn responses to clients and interpreters
  • Monitor active assignments and ensure timely coverage and completion
  • Troubleshoot and resolve scheduling conflicts on the fly
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of jobs, assignments, and communications
  • Coordinate multiple requests simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience in dispatch, scheduling, coordination, or high-volume administrative roles
  • Ability to think quickly and make decisions in real time
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills under pressure
  • Excellent communication and responsiveness
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in interpreter services, logistics, or call center environments
  • Familiarity with scheduling or dispatch systems
