Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues, and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) required; proficiency in additional languages a plus
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with attention to detail
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems
  • Experience with conflict resolution and negotiation
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
