Regional Sales Representative

Regional Sales Representative Simon Roofing, a leading commercial roofing solutions organization, is currently seeking driven individuals to join our team as Regional Sales Representative for the Jacksonville Region. Candidates should possess at least 2 years of experience in outside sales and demonstrate a strong desire for professional development. In the role of Regional Sales Representative, you will be responsible for cultivating new client relationships and nurturing existing ones within your designated territory.  Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships with a focus on exceptional customer service.
• Providing consultative roofing service solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship-building efforts.
• Organizing and executing targeted programs and communications to reinforce the value propositions of Simon Roofing.

• A degree focusing on Sales, Construction Management, Communications, Business, Social Sciences, or Marketing is preferred. 
• At least 2 years of outside sales experience. (Roofing experience not required.)
• Work and reside in the Jacksonville Region (REQUIRED).
• Willing and able to work remotely (work from home).
• Cold Calling/Prospecting experience
• Customer service oriented.
• Knowledgeable about the local community in your assigned territory.
• Ability to climb ladders to rooftops.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word; ability to do extensive research on the Internet.
• Team-oriented, energetic, enthusiastic, self-motivated, with a business development mindset 
• Strong skills in organization, active listening, and sales closing.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background screening.
• Authorized to work in the US.

• Generous base salary of $60,000 per year (and up to $15,000 in performance bonuses).
• Average second-year reps earn up to $90,000.00 per year.
