Akquisition und Fokus auf Hunting von Neukunden in Deutschland ( Mitarbeiterzahl 5k+ bis 20K mit HQ in Deutschland) und Erhöhung der Umsätze von Commercial/Mid Market-Bestandskunden (Up and cross selling von Produkten an Bestandskunden), Pflege und Ausbau von Kundenkontakten

Verantwortung für den kompletten Vertriebszyklus gemeinsam mit unseren lokalen Vertriebspartner/Resellern (POC gemeinsam mit unserem Sales Engineering Team/ Field Sales Eingineer sowie Resellern bis zur Vertragsverhandlung/Abschluss)

Angebotserstellung, Auftragsanahme und -abwicklung von Endkunden,Channelpartnern und Distributoren

Meddicc, Challenger Sales, Sandler Training Erfahrung von Vorteil

Überzeugen durch gezielte Lösungspräsentation auf C-Level

Enge Zusammenarbeit unseren Vertriebspartner und internen Stakeholdern; z.b Sales Engineering

Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches oder technisches Studium bzw. eine vergleichbare Ausbildung oder Berufserfahrung s.u

Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb von Netzwerkmonitoring Software vorzugsweise SolarWinds/Paessler/Riverbed/Dynatrace o.ä

Reisebereitschaft 60% +

Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Resellern und Distributoren in der DE AT Region

Analytische, selbstständige und präzise Arbeitsweise sowie Wille und Ambition zur persönlichen Weiterentwicklung

Hohe Arbeitsmotivation, Zuverlässigkeit und Loyalität als auch Pragmatismus und Lösungsorientiertheit - Can-Do Mentalität

Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office, Salesforce, Netsuite von Vorteil

Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität, Zielorientierung und Durchsetzungsvermögen

Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
