Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and innovative SEO Manager to join our team and drive our organic search strategy. In this role, you will work directly with our content team and proprietary AI to build and optimize our SEO efforts, both on-page and off-page. Your goal will be to increase our brand visibility, drive qualified traffic, and establish Convertible as a thought leader in the AI transformation space.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic

- Collaborate closely with the content team to ensure all content is optimized for search engines and aligns with our AI expertise

- Utilize our proprietary AI tools to enhance SEO efforts and stay ahead of industry trends

- Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth

- Optimize on-page elements including meta tags, headings, and internal linking structures

- Develop and execute link-building campaigns to improve domain authority

- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console

- Provide regular reports on SEO performance, including rankings, traffic, and conversions

- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO best practices and algorithm updates

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure SEO is integrated into overall marketing strategies

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in SEO, preferably in the B2B tech or professional services sector

- Proven track record of improving organic search rankings and driving traffic growth

- Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimization, and off-page strategies

- Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Google Analytics

- Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts is a plus

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
