With a high influx of customers, we are in need of skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to ensure excellent customer support and satisfaction. This is a remote position open to candidates residing in the United States.

Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer queries across various platforms, including our automatic dialer for small businesses, handyman on-demand platform, hosting and domain platform, and more. Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences by addressing inquiries, providing solutions, and collaborating closely with our dedicated team and developers. Prior experience is not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be provided.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard new customers to our platforms and guide them through the setup process.
  • Resolve customer inquiries promptly and effectively through various communication channels, including live chat, email, and phone.
  • Collaborate with our development team to identify and address technical issues or bugs reported by customers.
  • Provide guidance and support to customers on using our platforms effectively.
  • Work closely with team members to achieve customer satisfaction targets and service level agreements.
  • Continuously stay updated on product features and improvements to better assist customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and relevant information using our CRM system.

Requirements

  • Reside in the United States (this is a remote position).
  • Proficient in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills.
  • Familiarity with customer service principles and practices.
  • Ability to empathize with customers and maintain a professional demeanor during interactions.
  • Basic understanding of live chat platforms like tawk.to is a plus.
  • A strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service and a passion for helping others.
  • Highly adaptable and open to learning new tools and techniques.
