Full-Time Virtual Assistant (Remote) Full-time, Long-term Role Location: Remote Hours: 8 AM 5 PM EDT (GMT-4, Fort Lauderdale first 2 weeks), then 8 AM 5 PM WEST (GMT+1, Madeira, Portugal) Compensation: $560 - $720/month based on hourly work, paid weekly. Compensation will be based on experience.

What You'll Own (Key Responsibilities)

- Project Coordination Keep tasks moving, timelines on track, and team members accountable inside tools like Asana and Slack - Inbox & Calendar Management Sort, respond, flag, and prioritize emails; book meetings and manage multiple calendars - Travel & Logistics Coordinate travel, book accommodations, and prep itineraries for the team or founders - Outreach Support Make outbound calls to collect information or coordinate logistics on behalf of the founder - Social Monitoring & Tracking Monitor engagement, pull metrics, and update weekly reports (no posting required) - Internal Communications Join meetings, take detailed notes, track deliverables, and communicate action items clearly - Research & Documentation Conduct deep-dive research, summarize findings, update internal SOPs and spreadsheets - Marketplace Support Help post and manage listings for sales items or event-related inventory (one-time project, ~2 months) - Transcription Transcribe meeting audio or Looms into clear action plans and SOPs - General Admin Keep operations running smoothly: CRM upkeep, spreadsheet formatting, light data entry - General Operations Support Be the glue that holds our team together. Anticipate what our founders need before they even ask

You're a Great Fit If You...

- Speak and write fluent, professional English (bonus points for an American accent) - Are highly organized, responsive, and detail-focused - Learn quickly and enjoy figuring out new tools or systems independently - Can follow detailed directions like its second nature - Are confident making calls and communicating clearly when representing someone else - Have experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, and Zoom - Know your way around Asana like a pro - Are a GPT wiz (yes, we mean it) - Thrive in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment - Love being the person who just gets it done - Have a sense of humor youll need it, were fun and fast-paced

Bonus Skills (Not Required, But Nice to Have)

- Experience supporting founders or executive teams - Familiarity with social media platforms for business (even if you're not posting) - Bookkeeping skills using QuickBooks Online - Experience with Go High Level
