Responsibilities
- Stand up cold calling infrastructure and test it as a channel
- Build callback flows — AI collects consent, Retell agent calls them back
- Turn anonymous website visitors into actionable leads
- Test gifting as a conversion lever
- Explore marketplace listings and partner directories
- Build a self-serve pilot program page — click, buy, start
- Run ads for free pilot programs and measure CAC
- Launch vertical-specific outbound and ABM plays
- Etc etc
Skills
- You're a builder who gets bored maintaining — you want to test new things constantly
- You can code or script (Python, SQL, JavaScript) enough to build real tools, not just configure SaaS
- Good taste for which experiments are worth running and which are noise
- You move fast — idea to live test in days, not weeks
- You've worked at a startup where you figured things out, not followed a playbook
