Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Remote Data Entry Administrative Assistant to join our team and provide administrative support to our operations. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing data entry tasks, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring seamless communication with our stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

* Manage data entry tasks, including data collection, processing, and analysis

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, both physical and digital
  • Provide administrative support to our operations team, including responding to emails, phone calls, and other inquiries
  • Develop and implement efficient data entry processes to improve productivity and accuracy
  • Collaborate with our team to identify and resolve data entry issues and discrepancies
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security protocols
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in data entry, administrative assistance, or a related field

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent data entry skills, including accuracy and speed
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security protocols

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as SQL or Tableau

  • Familiarity with cloud-based data entry platforms, such as Google Drive or Dropbox
  • Certification in data entry or administrative assistance, such as Certified Administrative Assistant (CAA) or Certified Data Entry Specialist (CDES)
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
