Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Assistant – Web & Digital Marketing Operations

As a key member of our Sales and Marketing team, we're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Assistant to join our team at our Ocoee, FL corporate headquarters.

Job Summary:

We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to assist our Sales and Marketing team in managing our custom tracking platform, communicating with advertising partners, and maintaining internal advertiser spreadsheets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of online marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist the Sales and Marketing team in adding new client data into our custom tracking platform, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

  • Communicate with new and/or current advertising partners through Email and Instant Messenger, providing clear and concise updates on campaign details, guidelines, and restrictions
  • Maintain and update internal advertiser spreadsheets, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
  • Provide written and oral updates to the team on campaign details, guidelines, and restrictions
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to identify and implement process improvements
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our custom tracking platform and internal systems
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in a data entry or administrative role, preferably in a digital marketing or sales environment

  • Strong understanding of online marketing principles, including typing, computer shortcuts, and extreme multi-tasking
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with custom tracking platforms and internal systems

  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools
  • Experience with email marketing and social media management
  • Certification in digital marketing or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements
