Responsibilities

As a Junior Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to arenaflex users, resolving inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing prompt and accurate information
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently
  • Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
  • Collaborating with other teams to resolve complex issues
  • Identifying and reporting trends and patterns in customer inquiries
  • Contributing to the improvement of customer service processes

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in using computers and relevant software
  • Experience with customer service is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bilingual skills (Spanish) are a plus
