About this Role The Chief Risk Officer (CRO) at Capital Impact Partners plays a pivotal role in driving the organization’s risk management strategy. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework.
• Lead the Finance and Risk Management Committee.
• Oversee credit and counterparty risk policies.

• Manage investment and portfolio risk practices.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks.
• Present risk assessments and updates to executive teams and the board.
• Serve as a strategic advisor on risk-return perspectives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the risk leadership team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 20 years of experience in Credit, Capital Markets, and Enterprise Risk Management.
• Proven track record in developing and executing risk strategies.
• Strong understanding of credit risk, asset management, and compliance regulations.
• Experience managing and developing high-performance teams.
• Strong communication skills and leadership experience.
