Job Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Data Analysis and Visualization: Work with large, messy, disparate datasets to perform ad-hoc analyses and provide essential business insights. Develop ETLs or strategies to pull data from multiple sources and centralize it in a single table.
• Data Visualization: Create impactful Tableau dashboards to display and quantify the effect of changes and specific business challenges.
• Collaboration and Communication: Engage with team members and cross-functional groups on a periodic basis to establish credibility and analyze stakeholder needs. Partner with Operations, Finance, and Product groups to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and latency across multiple operations and systems.
• Automation and Scripting: Leverage scripting languages (Python preferred) to automate tasks for reporting, such as screenshots, metrics prioritization, and outlier recognition.
• Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Document your approaches and share your expertise with colleagues. Mentor your peers as you become a Subject Matter Expert.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree: In a relevant field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Business Administration.

• SQL Skills: Excellent proficiency in SQL, with the ability to govern data from multiple tables while maintaining data integrity (2-4 years of experience).
• Tableau Skills: Creativity with a User Experience basis to develop impactful Tableau dashboards (1-2 years of experience).
• Business Operations Fluency: Ability to recognize and root-cause business problems, with a Supply Chain background and transportation experience (ideally).
• Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate complex data insights to stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

* Advanced SQL and Tableau Experience: Experience with advanced SQL and Tableau features, such as data modeling, data visualization, and business intelligence.

• E-commerce Operations or Parcel Service Experience: Experience working in e-commerce operations or parcel service operations, with a strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management.
• Scripting Language Experience: Experience with scripting languages such as Python, R, or other languages.
• Data Manipulation Tools: Experience with data manipulation tools such as Knime, Alteryx, R, Tableau Prep, etc.
