As a Data Entry Remote Assistant, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining data coverage, providing department insights on performance, and designing data pipelines to handle numerous quantitative ventures. You will work closely with technology on company needs and records warehouse options to satisfy department requirements.

Responsibilities:
As a Data Entry Remote Assistant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Developing new, modifying existing, and executing ad-hoc reporting on behalf of service procedures and data-driven decision making
- Creating relevant dashboards on Power BI and Excel
- Establishing solid Records Quality specifications and managements to ensure data integrity and availability
- Managing and generating new data pipelines from resource systems to the Data Warehouse
- Collaborating with Administration and Business Analysts to recognize business requirements, maintain detailed documentation, and obtain company sign-offs for all reporting demands
- Developing, preserving, and establishing scalable data pipes and data architecture
- Using data narration principles to create clear and impactful data visual images using Power BI
- Helping automate existing business functions and boost exception-based reporting
- Collaborating with IT and BA's to investigate, research, and obtain new data variables (data mining)
- Analyzing large datasets to determine significant patterns that provide actionable results
- Verifying records for formality by checking against requirements
- Analyzing data errors and remediate poor data
- Participating in the Data Governance plan by improving the data dictionary and plan & procedures
- Analyzing and validating metrics are effective and providing reviews to department innovators of patterns that need focus
Essential Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience performing in-depth data analysis
- Strong experience working with Power BI, including:
+ Dimensions, Measures, Filters, Computed Columns, transformations, measures, conditional formatting, DAX queries, Interactions, etc.
- Knowledge of DAX, SQL, M Code
- Skillful in SQL, able to write complex SQL to create files and analytics
- Efficient in ETL tools such as SSIS, Power BI Dataflows, or other Big Data integrations
- Strong data modeling knowledge using star schema or other approaches
- Problem-solving through analytical evaluation with large data sets strongly effective
- Experience with SSMS (SQL Server Management Studio), Power BI, and Power Query
- Knowledge with Smartsheets
- Strong initiative in the progression and timely completion of projects and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working with data visualization tools such as Tableau or QlikView
- Knowledge of data governance principles and practices
- Experience with data quality and data validation
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
