_Remote_ Our client requires a Workday Business Systems Analyst with strong functional configuration capabilities in Total Rewards, Leave, and Time Tracking. The position leverages Core HCM expertise to deliver effective configurations, align processes across Compensation, Absence, and Time Tracking, and support integrated operations within the organization. _We can facilitate w2 and corp-to-corp consultants. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance._ Rate: $75.00 to $80.00/hr. w2
- *Responsibilities:**
• *Responsibilities** + Configure and support Workday modules with a focus on Leave and Absence Management. + Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional Workday configurations. + Support time tracking processes and ensure alignment with compensation and absence policies. + Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across Core HCM and related modules. + Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on best practices for Workday configuration. + Act as a module expert while maintaining awareness of broader Workday functionality.
- *Experience Requirements:**
• *Experience Requirements** + Proven experience configuring Workday Core HCM, Compensation, Absence, and Time Tracking. + Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Experience in roles combining Core HCM with Compensation and/or Absence focus (preferred).
