Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Associate, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that align with Nuuly's values and brand voice. Your responsibilities will include:

• Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and other communication channels.
• Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues related to orders, returns, subscriptions, and account management.
• Providing accurate information about Nuuly's products, services, and policies.
• Collaborating with internal teams to escalate and resolve more complex customer concerns.
• Delivering exceptional customer experiences that meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions using our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Identifying patterns in customer feedback to suggest improvements to processes or services.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
