About the Role

We're seeking an experienced and passionate Customer Support Online Chat Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. As a bilingual specialist, you will provide top-notch support to our users via live chat, addressing their inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. This is a remote contract role, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in the world. The contract is for 30-40 hours a week for a 4-month period, with the possibility of renewal based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer live chat messages and support the needs of our users through our Intercom customer messaging platform in both English and either Spanish or Portuguese
  • Collect and relay customer feedback to the rest of the arenaflex team
  • Identify potential issues and coordinate appropriately with the Development team
  • Support other Customer Support projects as necessary
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls to users, handling phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
  • Address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues effectively

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong fluency in English and being bilingual in Spanish and/or Portuguese
  • Fluency in Polish, German, French, Italian, or Tagalog is a plus
  • Familiarity with software such as Intercom, Stripe, Retool, Notion, Slack, Braintree, Zoom, Google Workspace, and Zendesk is a strong plus
  • Coding knowledge is not required but is a plus
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Support/Service
  • A reliably strong internet connection (at least 10 MB/s) is necessary
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, if needed
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and the required bilingual language
