Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Professional in our Data Entry team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional client service through inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels
  • Building strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, preferences, and pain points
  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services, including American Express Private Business Services
  • Utilizing key selling skills to identify opportunities, build rapport, and close deals
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and data entry tasks
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in a customer support and sales environment

  • Proven track record of building strong relationships with clients, resolving complaints, and driving sales growth
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; training and development opportunities available

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, communications)

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, including American Express Private Business Services
  • Certification in customer service, sales, or a related field
