[Remote] Cold Calling Appointment Setter
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking motivated and results-driven Work-from-Home Appointment Setters to join their team. In this commission-only role, you will contact cold leads via phone and text to schedule appointments for tune-up services, focusing on generating and securing appointments to fill the calendar.
Responsibilities
- Conducted cold calls and text messages to potential customers using predictive or manual dialing systems
- Schedule appointments for our tune-up services and ensure the calendar is filled with a minimum of nine appointments per day
- Verify and confirm appointments to ensure successful completion
- Follow up with leads as necessary to secure appointments
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments set
Skills
- Proficiency in cold calling and predictive dialing techniques
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively handle objections and overcome resistance
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve results
- Proven experience in outbound calling, preferably in a sales or appointment-setting role
- Familiarity with predictive dialing systems and CRM software
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Experience in appointment setting or similar roles is a plus
