The role focuses on ensuring high customer satisfaction by providing quality information and superior service for post-enrollment inquiries, while working in a hybrid schedule that allows collaboration from home.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and exceed the expectation of our customers by providing quality information and superior customer service for a defined scope of issues and post enrollment inquiries
