Key Responsibilities

As a Voice Data Entry Agent, you'll be responsible for:

• Managing both voice and non-voice processes, as required, to ensure seamless execution of tasks
• Handling inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues that may arise
• Verifying information provided by third-party entities using online databases to cross-check information, ensuring accuracy and quality
• Completing Enrichment Tasks as defined and trained by our clients, including data entry, vendor resource verifications, board certifications, and following up with state boards for statuses
• Meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results, adhering to arenaflex's quality control standards
• Performing additional duties and tasks as required by the company, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility
• Collaborating with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives, while working independently to manage your workload

Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed as a Voice Data Entry Agent at arenaflex, you'll need:

• Experience in an outbound/inbound call center, inside sales, or related sales or customer service roles (a plus)
