Human Resource Assistant

Work from home Full-time role Hiring

Atlas Copco is a company focused on providing innovative solutions across various industries. They are seeking a Human Resource Assistant to support the HR Department with employee orientation, onboarding, and maintenance of personnel programs and records.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the training database administrative responsibilities
  • Maintain the HRIS databases for employee personal information, mobility, termination, and new hires
  • Schedule all pre-employment tests
  • Assist with the applicant tracking log and annual affirmative action reports
  • Maintain employee personnel files
  • Lead the digitalization and prioritization of HR processes
  • Update company phone list, organization charts, and other HR-related items
  • Back-up the switchboard as needed
  • Process invoices using the DocuSign system

Skills

  • You hold an Associates or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or have equivalent work experience
  • You have knowledge of HIPPA, COBRA, EEOC, FMLA and other pertinent human resource/benefits laws
  • You can maintain confidentiality
  • You have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft suite
