Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries, provide product information, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer phone calls for product and service questions, providing accurate and helpful information to customers.

  • Respond to email correspondence in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that customer inquiries are resolved efficiently.
  • Process, pick, and package orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed, such as data entry, record keeping, and faxing.
  • Multitask with ease, switching between multiple screens and programs to provide quick and accurate information to customers.
  • Perform other basic functions, including data entry, record keeping, and faxing.

Essential Qualifications

* A pleasant, friendly attitude with an ability to adapt to change.

  • Great attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Must be able to work 7:00am-3:30pm, Monday through Friday.
