Essential Qualifications

* At least 1-2 years' of relevant work experience in customer service or a related field (not required but preferred)

  • Good phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work effectively
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to summarize details and resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Excellent time management and administrative abilities, with a keen focus to detail and a high level of self-motivation
  • Experience with personal computers and a typical functioning degree typing capability
  • Professional and positive attitude, with a high level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently in your task
