AI Engineer
Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an AI Engineer to support transforming the federal government with AI. In this role, you will build agentic systems, fine-tune models, and collaborate with various teams to deliver world-class AI solutions for clients.
Responsibilities
- Experience designing, building, and deploying AI chatbots end-to-end, from requirements gathering to production launch
- Experience building Tableau dashboards and using system reports to make data easy to understand for end-users
- Experience using Python to build AI frameworks, JavaScript for AI integration, and cloud services for AI deployment
- Experience with NLP, machine learning, APIs, and database management to ensure AI chatbots are useful and reliable
- Experience integrating chatbots with enterprise systems
- Ability to write queries in multiple languages to extract and integrate data from databases
- Ability to evaluate chatbot performance using metrics and implement improvements
Skills

- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- Bachelor's degree in a Technology field, such as Computer Science or Statistics
- Experience advising customers on the best way to track metrics and measure success
- Experience translating business questions into data solutions
- Experience training clients to use and maintain Tableau or similar dashboards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and creative solution development skills
- Possession of strong oral and written communication skills
